Ecourse Training - Q&A on How to Make Money With Your Ecourse
Ecourses are the cornerstone to your entire internet business. They can be used for almost every aspect of your business. Today, we'll answer some questions about how to make money with your ecourses.
Question: How do I gauge what I charge for my ecourse?
I get the question quite a bit. The answer is, there is no set answer. The thing to remember is people pay for information, whether it's in an ecourse or other types of products. What they pay for the information YOU provide rests on YOUR shoulders. Are you known on the internet? Do people WANT the information you provide? What have you done to make people aware you have great information?
Question: How to use a "free" course to make money.
Just to make sure you know my mindset, I believe you're in business to make money. Therefore, everything you do within your business should be designed to make money. If you offer a free ecourse (which I recommend), then design it in a way to make people know you have even MORE in depth information for them. Whether it's another ecourse or other products, the point is to offer THAT product to your subscribers for a price. So, you're turning your free ecourse in a money making product.
Question: How lucrative are they?
Ecourses are what they are. Another way of saying this an ecourse is what you put into it. The lucrativeness (is that a word?) of your ecourse cannot be measured because each one is different and designed with different pieces of information within it. An analogy would be to ask yourself, how many ears of corn can you get from one kernel of corn? Whole corn field can become possible from one little kernel of corn, couldn't it?
Question: What are people willing to pay for that isn't already all over the Internet!
This question has been floating around since the beginning of the internet. Why would someone pay for something they could get for free? The simple answer is convenience and "I want it now" type attitude. How many people take their family out to see a movie at the cinima where they're spending $10/ticket when that movie will come out on DVD in a couple of months and could be rented for a one time charge $5? Same thing with ecourses, make it simple for people to get and they won't go looking elsewhere for it. It's basic human nature.
